2023 Elections: A usual manipulation or a chance to do better

The Nigerian Presidential and General elections 2023 is fast approaching and eligible contestants from various parties are all warming up and getting ready for the race.

In the process of the election preparation, it has been accompanied by alot of actions both warranted and unwarranted, and has generated alot of reviews online as Nigerians air their views on the occurrence of such.

One of such occurrence is the constitutional change that was attempted by the AGF of the federationAbubakar Malamiwhich was aimed at allowing appointed officials to contest for positions without dropping their appointed offices, as against the country’s rule.

Nigerians are however not convinced that the prospective candidates have their interest at heart as they’ve also being past office holders or officials.

The country’s problem is a pandemic that calls for an urgent attention from both young and old, especially insecurity.

Will Nigerians trust the APC to head the country again?

Will they trust the PDP again?

Will they trust other parties too?

The challenge is rolling out as parties are steaming up for their primary elections to appoint their flagbearers.

Numerous candidates have shown interests and have promised to make the country a better place, but my question still remains thus;

Can a person boast of solving Nigeria’s problem alone?
Can Nigerians cooperative with their leaders to make the country a better place?
Are the leaders to be blamed or are the citizens to be blamed for the nation’s misfortunes?
Are we ready to experience a turnaround in 2023?

Among a few questions are the ones above and I believe we can all answer and ponder on them with the little informations that are available

On subsequent articles, I will highlight all parties so far and also list their contestants with their previous data and Information
